David Wetton BSc ACA MBA MA

David has held positions in organisations such as Barclays, Volvo Group and Britannia Building Society as both a senior executive and a senior strategy consultant. He understands the day to day stresses and demands that are potentially placed upon business leaders.

He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY. And he is also an ordained UK interfaith minister and spiritual counsellor; which means that he’s committed to holding a safe, heartfelt, challenging, compassionate space for all those he works with.

In his ‘Conscious Leadership Now’ Podcast he interacts with world leaders in the field of Conscious Leadership. David believes that Conscious Leadership is the perfect tool for leaders to find their way out of the ambiguity, confusion and complexity of the current COVID pandemic.

Rashmir Balasubramaniam BSc ACA PGDip MBA

Rashmir has a Yale MBA and has worked at organisations as large and catalytic as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to small, out of the box startups, including her own social enterprise startup.

With over 25 years experience working across countries such as the US, the UK, Kenya and India, and across industries, from investment banking to global health & development, she has demonstrated her ability to build trust and consensus with diverse cultural and multidisciplinary groups.
