Here's a few ideas to try.
- Every now again, look away from whatever you are doing, take a few conscious breaths, paying attention only to the sensations of your breath coming in and going out. Allow action to arise from that state of aware presence.
- Step away from what you are doing, go for a short walk in nature, then come back refreshed and ready for action.
- Once you’ve done what you can, walk away, and go play, allowing your higher conscious to work behind the scenes, then return with new clarity, energy and direction.
