Eating is one of those activities that brings all five sense perceptions together. As you eat today, be aware of each one of the outer senses: taste, smell, sound, touch and hearing. Notice how eating triggers each one; and how each one adds to your experience of eating. Notice how eating can be a gateway to greater presence.
