When did you last dance?

I don't know why, but there is great power in dancing. It is somehow a form of movement that feeds the soul. 

At some point today, put on some music and let your body begin to dance. Or do what I once did at a workshop I was co-leading. Go into the toilets and bop briefly. There is nothing like it to ease tension, lift the spirit, and lighten the load.
