How to be BEING-led?

Come back to presence. Use whatever your favourite tools and techniques are.

For me, it is often the breath - take a few conscious breaths deep into the belly. Step out into nature. Feel gratitude, wonder, awe. Consciously ground into the earth. Or simply take a step back, stop, look and listen within.

Go deeper into the stillness. Let doing arise from there.
