On creative power

Focusing on the tangible is easier than focusing on the intangible. Focusing on the form is easier than focusing on the formless. Yet the formless gives rise to the form. The form is shaped by us, by who we are, with our stories and beliefs and lenses and paradigms. To create more truthfully, more purely, we must be in touch with the essence in the formless. We must keep letting go of the self, and dive back and forth between worlds as we do. This is the inner-outer work of creation. This is where true creative power comes from.
