There are so many ways in which we hold ourselves back. Some are conscious. Many are not. If you find yourself stuck and unable to reach the goals you’ve set or find the level of success or happiness that you desire, then chances are you’ve got some unconscious aspects working to keep you stuck in old patterns and within the relative security of your comfort zone.
